Description: The 52100 carbon steel blade was triple tempered and cryogenically treated for a durable, keen edge. Phosphate Parkerizing followed by Cerakote adds a non-reflective rust resistance and reduces drag while cutting. The scales are nicely contoured to provide a secure, comfortable grip. The scales are set with Torx fasteners.

Care tips: These are not stainless, hand wash only. Thoroughly clean and dry after each use and apply a food grade oil to the blade and handle. Olive oil or avocado oil work well.
